CROUS:

The mission of CROUS (regional centres of university and academic services) is to assist in improving students' life and work conditions. Apartments in university residences are usually managed by CROUS and are the cheapest lodging option. They are allocated according to an applicant's social criteria (parents' income, distance, and so on).  Complementary admissions are made during summer and at the beginning of the school year based on remaining places. For more information, visit CROUS Nice or Lokaviz.

If you are an international student, there is a specific application procedure.

Long-term accommodation: there are some popular websites to rent an apartment, and Flat-sharing websites. Please contact housing@skema.edu for more information.
